For far too long Purbeck has been overshadowed by its close neighbour, Poole pottery. In fact, almost all of the Board of Directors at Purbeck had previously been employed at Poole, but Purbeck has its own particular "design signature" which really deserves far greater recognition and appreciation than it currently enjoys.
